DELIVERY SERVICE

All shipping and postage services are provided by Singpost.

All postages are stated clearly in Attic18.com.

Postage will be calculate according to items’ weight and include in the total amount in the invoice or during the checkout process.

Attic18.com reserves the right to accept or reject any orders.

Normal Mail

Attic18.com will not be responsible for any items posted out using normal mail by Singpost/EMS in the event of lost/damaged items during the mailing process.

All normal mails will be posted on every Wednesday of the week. If the Wednesday falls on a non-working day (of a Singapore Calendar), it will be posted on the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER AND DELIVERY

We ship to worldwide.

It will take 5 – 12 working days for delivery.

REGISTERED MAIL FOR LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Additional of SGD$2.24 is require to register mail.

A Registered Article (RA) Number is allocated to you once the item is been posted out. The 9 digit number starting with RR and ends with SG will be emailed to you so that you can use this number to verify the status of your mail.

The registered article number appears in the following format:

RR999999999SG   (where 9 represents a digit)

All registered mails (locally/overseas) will be posted on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday of the week. If any of the days falls on a non-working day (of a Singapore Calendar), it will be posted on the next working day.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the hygiene for most of our products, we are unable to provide any returns/exchange policy. Despite we took every effort to ensure the items remain intact at the point of delivery, do email us if you have any questions upon receiving your mail.
